My Take On Polo Style

This Saturday I'll be attending the Polo for the first time with Land Rover Polo In The City. Given that we’re right in the midst of event season, it was the perfect time to workshop a few looks with Macquarie Centre for my take on Polo style. These are three I put together based on a few of my favourite trends for Spring Summer here in Sydney.

1. Minimal with a twist

A little black dress is always a great choice, I have a few simple styles I always fall back on when I’m feeling indecisive, or a last minute event pops up! This Zimmermann dress offers a little twist on the classic black dress through the draping across the front and the added strap detail on the bodice.

2. ‘70s

Because I just can’t get enough! I don’t often wear colour, but this rust hue jumpsuit drew me in straight away. The deep V at the front and back balance out the volume, and I love it paired with a pair of strappy suede sandals.

3. Lace & Crochet

Always a favourite this time of year, a white crochet dress is fresh, chic and summery. It’s also a nod to the prairie-style trend which has come right back around, think Picnic at Hanging Rock and Days of Heaven.

Wearing: 1. Seed Heritage Jumpsuit and Suede Heels, Mimco Boater 2. Zimmermann Dress, Mimco Boater and Zara Heels 3. Alice McCall Dress and Seed Heritage Boater.
