Spring Beauty Tête-à-tête

Soft, barely there neutrals

and a little look at my current skincare routine

New York marked the official change over of my skincare routine, a) because it was just so hot and b) because all that travelling called for a little extra hydration. Luckily I had the opportunity to try out a few new products last month, including most of the beauty range from & Other Stories (they had me at the packaging) and this H&M lipstick which came in a show goody bag and has become a go-to shade.

Here is a little round up of my current top shelf:

Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Cleanser - An old favourite that works well for my skin all year round. It's great for clearing pores and tightening without being too drying.

Grown Alchemist Facial Polish - Exfoliation is key for clear skin, especially coming off the end of winter. I use this in the shower two times a week to keep my skin looking bright and fresh.

Restylane Skincare Day Cream SPF 15 - I always like to wear sunscreen, so it's a must for me in a day moisturiser. This formula is light, gentle and hydrating - perfect for everyday use.

Cedar + Stone Equinox Serum - I have become a bit addicted to facial oil, and this blend with rose, orange and gardenia is a favourite for evening. It leaves my skin nourished and glowing without clogging my pores.

Cedar + Stone Face Mask - A little bit of this clay powder mixed with water has become my weekly staple. I tend to breakout a bit more in the warmer months, so this mask keeps skin clear and tightens pores for a refined and more even looking complexion. Can't recommend this enough if you have combination skin.

Mecca Cosmetica In a Good Light - A beautifully sheer tinted moisturiser with SPF 30 for full coverage. I love this formula for days when I don't feel like wearing foundation. It smooths your skin and gives you a lovely subtle glow - perfect for summer.

Bobbi Brown Concealer - Apart from a soy latte, this is the other must have for me in the morning. Even if I don't feel like wearing makeup, a little bit under the eyes makes you look bright and awake.

Tête-à-tête Candle - I love to have a beautiful candle burning while I'm working from home, It's also nice and relaxing while you're using a face mask or painting your nails. These new candles both look beautiful on your desk or dresser, and the fragrances are all based around cult films like The Virgin Suicides and Blue Lagoon.
