Tell Me More

I couldn't have been happier when Céline released their campaign image of Joan Didion. She has always been someone whom I reference - her packing list helped me plan for my big New York trip in 2012 and her books kept me company for my first few weeks in the city while I was waiting for my fiance to arrive.

After cleansing my closet a few weeks ago, I'm now focusing even more on the minimalist approach to dressing. I've been looking to After DRK's 5 Piece French Wardrobe archive and, of course, vintage images of Joan in which she proves all you really need are a few great t-shirt, t-shirt dresses, simple sweaters and mid-length skirts.

I'm starting right at the beginning with my t-shirt collection, very much in need of a refresh. The perfect white tee can be a challenge to find, and sadly until COS open in Sydney (or I make it to Melbourne again) I'm trying to find some new styles with the right fabrication and fit. Above are a few styles I have found and love, but please send through and tips if you have them. And if you have tried the 5 Piece Wardrobe challenge, I would love to hear how it went.
